Datum Jelatek is a 5.6-acre transit-oriented integrated development located in the Jelatek neighbourhood of Kuala Lumpur. Developed by DatumCorp International Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of PKNS, the project comprises four 45-storey residential towers with over 700 serviced residence units ranging from 550 sq ft to 1,645 sq ft.
The development is linked to a four-storey retail mall with approximately 317,000 sq ft of net lettable area and is directly connected to the Jelatek LRT station, offering convenient accessibility.
A unique feature of Datum Jelatek is its circular sky bridge at Level 27 connecting all four towers — the first sky ring bridge in Malaysia. The development is also Green Building Index (GBI) certified, incorporating sustainable features such as efficient ventilation, natural lighting, lush landscaping, and a rainwater harvesting system.
